About the Role
The Inventory and production planning Manager's mission is to ensure at all times adequate inventory levels of inputs (ingredients, etc) and outputs (finished goods).
This is achieved through accurate and timely production and procurement needs identification while controlling the inventory flows of inputs and outputs.
The tasks will amongst others include:
Planning of production
Planning and management of incoming goods
Management of the inventory
Planning and management of outgoing goods
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience
Degree in hospitality management or business administration
Strong software usage skills (online inventory management system)
Good Excel skills
Good communication skills
English (French is a plus)
Strong planning skills
Knows how to file and archive documents
