About the Role
Brioche is looking for a thorough, organised and motivated Accounting Assistant. The primary responsibility is to support the work of the Accounting department and the the Accounting Officers. Specific responsibilities will include:
Petty cash reconciliations
Scanning, archiving and filing all accounting related documents
Visit RRA offices to gather information
Entering sales invoices for customers and recording payments
Reception of suppliers’ invoices, verification of compliance with the internal procedures
Prepare supplier payments as per procedures
Reconcile bank and cash accounts;
Preparing payroll information
Maintenance and filing all the HR documents create dynamic pages and more.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Detailed oriented
Very good organisational skills
Being registered at ICPAR, ACCA is a plus (student or affiliate)
Good oral and written communication skills in English;
High level of honesty and integrity in its daily tasks
Good computer skills (including Excel)
Ability to set priorities
Knows how to file and archive documents
